This Villa on Phuket in Thailand is for sale and located only 7 mins drive to the beach in Layan. Layan Beach, Phuket is located at the northern end of Bangtao Beach on the west coast of Phuket. It is still a very tranquil area, where you can lie and relax under the shade of the tall pine trees bordering the beach.
The sea is pretty calm here due to the fact that the beach is sheltered by Koh Kala, a small island located at its northern part.

The beer or larger costs around Layan on Phuket island is: Domestic Beer (0.5 liter draught) is around 70 / 90.00฿ while Imported Beer (0.33 liter bottle) will be around 100.00 ฿. Nightclubs, and higher end venues can be a lot more and supermarkets / mini markets will be a bit cheaper. Check out the 'Happy Hour' signs as you walk or drive by. Most bars will have them.
